What is Smart Nutrition?

Tired of trying the latest diet with no results?  Work with a registered dietitian to create a healthy sustainable program, customized for you based on your history and lifestyle.




It’s that easy!

How does it work?

Initial consultation with the dietitian. During this hour-long meeting, we will discuss your nutrition and perform a 3D body scan if you have never had one before.
The dietitian will build your plan based on the discussion and scan data.

Follow the plan: shop ingredients you need for your meal plan, prep your meals, and eat!

Use your own personal tracker with each meal and each food choice throughout the day.
Stay accountable and on track with weekly consultations with your dietitian. These will include a weekly weight check and adjustments to your meal plan if needed. We may also do periodic 3D scans to assess your progress. These scans provide a snapshot of your measurements, visceral and subcutaneous fat, and lean mass content of your body.

Once you have reached your goal weight, you can participate in our maintenance program so you maintain your weight loss.
