How does it work?

The initial consultation is approximately an hour. Our dietitians will discuss your goals, lifestyle, habits, medical and nutritional history.

You will have 20 to 30-minute weekly consultations to discuss your progress, educate you on how to improve your nutrition and make adjustments if needed. The goal is to create good habits and behaviors based on your needs.

Continue to work with the dietitians to make adjustments as they offer you support and encouragement so you can be successful in your changes.

At the end of the program, you will be well on your way to understanding your nutrition needs and living a healthy sustainable lifestyle without restrictions.
