The Gauntlet

Get a great workout and an adrenaline rush with The Gauntlet!

The Gauntlet is a private space with updated equipment that is only used for our paid classes and personal training. The classes we offer are all led by experienced certified trainers in a small group setting. These trainers provide necessary coaching, feedback, and motivation throughout. Each class is a little different, but they all include high-intensity, functional exercises that will maximize your caloric burn, not only during class but for hours afterward.

These classes are an additional cost to your membership, but the first class is always FREE, so we encourage all members to try it! Sign up online or contact the front desk.

Here are our paid class offerings!

RTG-60 is an hour-long, HIIT class led by Kellie Kallas. This class is designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Each session is a full-body workout that will incorporate the TRX, cardio, weights, and much more.

RTG 30: Run the Gauntlet 30 is a high-octane, 30-minute version of RTG 60. This 30-minute HIIT class might be all you need to get the results you’re looking for!

Mr. John’s boot camp is a no-nonsense results-oriented workout. This class is skillfully designed using a variety of equipment. You will also receive encouragement and feedback from Mr. John which will push you through to the end.
