Assisted Stretching

Do you struggle to pick things up off the ground or experience resistance when you reach for things in your daily life? Are you just not as flexible as you’d like to be? Assisted stretching could help.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching is an approach to stretching that relies on reflexes to produce deeper stretches.

PNF stretching relieves tight muscles and reduces the likelihood of injury by relaxing, strengthening, and elongating muscles to improve the range of motion.

When you sign up for regular sessions, you’ll experience these benefits:

Reduces

  • lower back pain
  • muscle stiffness
  • injuries
  • stress
  • sore areas
  • joint pain
  • blood pressure

Increases

  • flexibility
  • blood circulation

Improves

  • posture
  • mobility
  • exercise recovery
  • athletic performance
