Assisted Stretching

Do you struggle to pick things up off the ground or experience resistance when you reach for things in your daily life? Are you just not as flexible as you’d like to be? Assisted stretching could help.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching is an approach to stretching that relies on reflexes to produce deeper stretches.

PNF stretching relieves tight muscles and reduces the likelihood of injury by relaxing, strengthening, and elongating muscles to improve the range of motion.

When you sign up for regular sessions, you’ll experience these benefits:

Reduces

  • lower back pain
  • muscle stiffness
  • injuries
  • stress
  • sore areas
  • joint pain
  • blood pressure

Increases

  • range of motion
  • flexibility
  • blood circulation

Improves

  • balance
  • posture
  • mobility
  • exercise recovery
  • athletic performance

Great stretch with Kim, and I highly recommend PNF Stretching! Since I started attending stretch sessions, I have noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and mobility. I am also now able to turn my head further to each side and feel more agile and limber than before. Not only have the sessions helped me physically but they had a positive impact on my overall well-being. I am sleeping better too!
