Aquatic training at Beechmont is one of our personal training offerings. It provides low-impact rhythmic exercises in both shallow and deep water. This form of exercise is gentler on your joints than land-based workouts. In water-based workouts, the buoyancy of the water creates a gentler environment for your hips, knees, and feet.

At the same time, aquatic training offers increased resistance with each movement–providing approximately 12% to 14% more resistance compared to exercising on land! This resistance helps you make controlled and deliberate movements, engaging both the upper and lower body with water-based equipment.
