A full-body workout that is a combination of strength and cardio executed in cycles. We use various equipment such as weights, bands, balls, and more. You will get all you need in this class, and it can be modified for all fitness levels.

super strength
A fast-paced class that includes bursts of cardio & STrength
Participants in this class will use a variety of tools such as kettlebells, body bars, resistance bands, and stability balls for strength training. In addition to strength, cardio sprints are done on the floor to keep the heart rate up.
Body Sculpt
A straightforward step class.
This class works all the major muscle groups using dumbbells, body bars, and/or steps. It’s a total body workout that includes core and stretching.
Strength & Mobility
A combination of strength and stretching
The first half of class focuses on strength using weights and bands. In the second half, the focus is on mobility and stretching with a focus on the small, stabilizing muscles around the joints. An ideal full-body workout!
