Statistics show that 45% of Americans regularly make New Year’s Resolutions. If you’ve made it to February sticking with your plan to get healthy and fit, congratulations! Now is the time to add some variety to your workout routine to keep your motivation high.

One way to mix up your workout is by incorporating group fitness classes. Our variety of fitness classes provides something for everyone. Not only do we offer classes for all fitness levels and ages, we also schedule classes at early morning, mid-morning, and evening times as a convenience for our members. Studies show that people who participate in group fitness classes have more motivation to work out and increase their odds of sticking to a program

From tried and true classes that feature step, circuits, core, abs, and strength training to the newest trends and technologies in fitness such as power cycling, bosu, kickboxing, and kettle bell workouts, you can find something to challenge and excite you. If you want to try something a little bit different, try a boot camp or boxing class. Cross training and variety will not only keep you enthusiastic and motivated, but have also been shown as the most efficient, effective and safest ways to train.

If you’re feeling like your workout needs a little extra push to break through a fitness plateau or you’re training for a specific event or activity and could use some guidance, consider personal training. Our team of trainers is highly qualified, enthusiastic and excited to help individuals optimize their personal fitness and meet their personal goals. We offer both one-on-one sessions and training groups.
