No Bake Monster Cookie Energy Bites (Jill Johnson- Tennis Office)

This recipe easily doubles or triples. Great for before or after a workout or for a team snack. Make enough to share!

¼ cup honey
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 ¼ cups old fashioned oats
¼ cup wheat germ
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup M&Ms (mini, holiday or team colors, whatever you like)

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl, making sure dry ingredients are coated with wet ingredients. Refrigerating for a few minutes makes rolling mixture into small balls easier. Place balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to set in fridge for at least a few hours. Store in fridge in an airtight container or zip-top bag.
