Bean Dip (Jen Fender- Personal Trainer)
Serve with tortilla chips.

1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Med onion

Chop above ingredients

1 can Black eyed Peas
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Shoe Peg Corn

Drain and Rinse
Combine the above ingredients.

3/4 cup oil (I use olive oil or Canola oil)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar

Boil the above ingredients for 1 minute.  Pour over bean dip.
